Decide what you need:
Firstly you will need to decide which type of nanny or childcarer you would like to employ. When you have a good idea of your needs you can register with us using our online form.
Once registered you can add a vacancy, choosing which type of vacancy from the provided list that covers all of our services.
Register your details:
Once completed this will submit our T&Cs, your information will be reviewed and a member of our team will contact you to discuss your specific requirements. We will also advertise your position on our job search system, bulletins and email listings.
Our highly experienced staff carefully assess your needs and match candidates to your exact requirements.
Once we have selected the best matches we will contact you to arrange interviews.
Work contracts and payment:
After interview we hope you will have found the ideal nanny/nurse to meet your needs. We can help look over your work agreement to make sure no key points are missed.
Once the nanny has accepted the offer she will be employed directly by the family. You will be required to pay the applicable agency fee before engagement. If you hire a full-time nanny, the cost will depend on the salary you have offered. Otherwise temporary staff have set prices. (You can see our fee structure by clicking here)
We offer guidance on setting up as an employer, creating contracts, payroll and any other support you may need to get started.
Finally, after we have placed our nanny, we contact both the family and the nanny to make sure everyone is happy. We also remain available for support once the nanny has been placed.
